We perform a 360 laparoscopic fundoplication. This technique allows patients to eat normally preventing stomach acid from flowing back into the esophagus. We perform a laparoscopic-assisted surgery, so that postoperative recovery is very fast, starting with an early liquids diet after surgery. In selected cases it can be performed on an outpatient basis without hospitalization. Postoperative discomfort is minor and the return to normal activities very quickly.
